The Voltaris Pulse includes a limited warranty that covers manufacturer-related defects in materials or workmanship. If an issue is confirmed to be a factory defect, we will repair, replace, or supply the required parts at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, crashes, or misuse
  • Wear-and-tear or maintenance-related issues (e.g. tires, brake pads, chains, batteries naturally aging)
  • Water damage, improper storage, or improper charging
  • Damage caused by modifications, aftermarket parts, or third-party repairs
  • Any electrical damage caused by custom tuning, custom controllers (including Fardriver), or software modifications

Any modifications, performance upgrades, tuning, firmware flashing, or controller swaps will void the warranty immediately, regardless of who performs the work.

We are not responsible or liable for damage caused by rider error, stunts, racing, aggressive riding, or improper use.

Refunds are only available for unused, non-ridden products returned in original condition and packaging. Once assembled, used, or modified, the product is not eligible for a refund.
Voltaris bikes may or may not be legal to operate on public roads depending on local laws and regulations. It is the rider’s responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable rules, licensing requirements, and usage restrictions in their area. Voltaris is not liable for any misuse, violations, or consequences resulting from improper or unlawful operation of the bike. Always ride safely, responsibly, and with proper protective gear.
